What You Will be Doing Legal Assistants in our Business Department in Cedar City, UT work to draft business setup documents received from our firm Attorneys or by online submission for a Paralegal setup without attorney consultation.
Legal Assistants perform many duties including:
reviewing Intake Sheet information and drafting all necessary documents; coordinating with Clients to obtain additional information needed, answer questions, and retrieve signed documents; entering billing of entities into the billing system; filing setup documents with the appropriate states and the IRS; following through with the entity setup until completion and shipment of the Corporate Book.
