$55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience Choice Builders, an award-winning custom home builder, is seeking an experienced Residential Construction Superintendent to join our team in Cedar City, Utah.

Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of on-site construction projects, from planning to execution.
Allocate resources effectively for assigned projects.
Coordinate and supervise all construction activities.
Manage daily trade scheduling and provide oversight to trades.
Direct trades to ensure timely completion of projects.
Ensure that workmanship adheres to approved plans, specifications, client selections, and company standards.
Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients.
Assist Project Manager with Purchase Orders and Budget Control.
Schedule inspections and ensure all relevant documentation is in order.
Maintain a clean and safe job site.
Manage multiple concurrent projects.
Visit every assigned job site daily and maintain accurate daily job logs.
Qualifications:
3-10 years of recent experience in construction field management.

Preferably locally established with strong trade references, or willing to relocate to Cedar City, Utah.

Personable, with strong customer service skills.
Proven experience in trade management.

Ability to read and understand all disciplines of residential plan sets.
Technical understanding of residential construction, including building codes, trade sequencing, and best building practices.
Ability to gather information, problem-solve, and prepare reports.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with technology integration in daily work.
Clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
