Self-Storage Manager
A growing storage business is looking for capable individuals, with a sales mindset, and a go-getter attitude, to help grow the business. The Manager will be responsible for running the daily operations of the business. Duties include; sales (mainly inbound phone sales), management of customer's accounts, collections, and general maintenance (cleaning). Customer service and sales experience is a must, while experience with Microsoft Office is a plus. The position is full time, with room to grow into upper management. Pay is hourly + incentive and bonuses. There are no manager's quarters on the premises currently, but we anticipate that within a few months (barring good weather) we will be done constructing 2 new apartments for the manager(s) to live in. If you like to work hard, have a positive attitude, and are success driven we are interested in speaking with you.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
