Description: Assist Kitchen Manager with daily breakfast buffet, serving hotel guests in an efficient, friendly manner.
Duties: Prepare food, place food on buffet lines, clean breakfast areas, wipe tables, re-stock food in breakfast. Wash dishes, stock food products in kitchen. Help guests with their needs or questions. Cleans dining areas, vacuum, mopping and other duties as needed.
Qualifications: Must be dependable, working from 5:00 a.m. until duties are concluded, usually until 11:00 a.m. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Food handlers permit required. Experience in food preparation or other food service work experience. Ability to handle a variety of tasks, maintaining a friendly, helpful demeanor.
Must be able to work weekends.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
