Description: Check guests in/out using a computer and help them with their needs or questions. Ensure the guests have a positive hotel experience. Make reservations. May shuttle guests to airport or other destinations. Help clean common areas of Hotel.
Duties: Assists guests throughout shift, checking guests in/out. Answer telephone. Make reservations. May shuttle guests to airport or other destinations. May set up meeting rooms, moving tables, chairs. Help in maintaining cleanliness of the Hotel.
Qualifications: Able to interact with guest in a positive and pleasant manner at all times. Ability to compute accounting and math problems, resolve transaction disputes accurately and efficiently. Must be computer literate and have some accounting knowledge or background. Must be guest oriented and provide superior guest service. Must be able to physically handle tasks that require lifting, pushing or pulling. Must have excellent telephone skills.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
